A day in the life of a 1220VHS CLEANING PRO includes being onsite at 10am or 11am and typically not working past 4pm. We complete a detailed checklist of cleaning, stocking, staging and inspecting during each appointment. Pay is flat fee (except for training) and each home has an estimated time to complete. This is a 1099 contractor position, paid weekly via direct deposit. We use an app for scheduling called Resort Cleaning. It gives you your schedule 1 year in advance.
Everyone goes through training with us no matter how much experience they have. For experienced applicants, please understand the way you’ve been doing things is not the way we will train you so be prepared for a little change. Please be ready for intense training, direct communication and feedback as well as endless opportunities for those want it and earn it! A day in the life of a 1220VHS OPERATIONS COORDINATOR is almost never the same. This position will require a mindset of flexibility, smarts in time management and making quick decisions knowing where that moments priorities should be. Bi-lingual English/Spanish and bookkeeping experience is highly preferred. Duties will include, but are not limited to: processing laundry (wash/dry/fold/stain removal/inventory), pulling and scheduling supply orders for homes, inspecting and dropping off supplies in homes, communicating with cleaners, clients and fellow online operations team. The biggest requirements are being trustworthy and kind. Pay is based on what experience you bring to the table, your availability and long term trainability. A day in the life of a 1220 VHS INSPECTOR is specifically created for someone who LOVES to be ‘in the field’ driving our work van. You will be traveling between the homes we service to check after our cleaners work, delivery/order/inventory supplies, report (and sometimes even fix) maintenance issues, identify extra services we offer and be able to complete them as well as help cleaners if they come across any issues in their day. This is a two-fold pay structure. Base pay is a daily rate PLUS a flat rate for each extra services appointment you complete.
