Vacation home cleaning, inspecting and maintenance is all we do! Scheduling is automated through Resort Cleaning and backed by our 24/7 internal support team right here in Nashville. We currently care for over 100 homes - 500 sf condos walking distance to Broadway all the way up to the most luxe and high performing homes in the Gulch. Not only is cleaning, stocking and staging included in every visit - we also handle inspections whether your team currently performs them or not.
THE CLEAN
52-point checklist that covers laundry, bed making, kitchen/bath sanitizing and polishing, floor vacuum/mop, scuffmarks, outdoor cleaning, trash removal - all the standard tasks and way more. Also included is reporting damages to the home or towels/sheets, ordering supplies, stocking the unit, staging to your listing standards and custom requests.
THE LAUNDRY
You have options. If you have a washer/dryer in-unit and laundry doesn’t take longer than the clean, we’ll wash onsite. If it takes longer than the clean we will wash at our laundry center. If you’re only interested in having stained or larger laundry offsite, we can do that, too. If linens are low we can replace them for you or you can order your own. Stained laundry will be donated to animal and homeless shelters unless you advise otherwise.
THE SUPPLIES
We can add per-stay consumables to the cost of your cleaning rate or we can receive and deliver orders to your home. A standard stocking list includes bath toiletries, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish/dishwasher soap, sponge, paper towels, laundry detergent and coffee, at minimum. When supplies are low in your unit, it’s reported immediately.
THE TEAM
We are always fully staffed with highly trained cleaners, inspectors, maintenance techs and online support. If someone’s out, we have a backup. If a house is trashed, another team member goes to help out. In operations, our tech stack is just as important as the people in our company.
